The projects focus is on expansion of the Public Private Partnership between, the Government of the Republic of Zambia, NGOs, and the Private Sector companies. It supports community based interventions for "most at risk populations" (MARPS) including street kids, commercial sex workers, drug and alcohol abusers, orphans and vulnerable children, marketers, etc. Currently the program is supporting the Chaisa Community Center in Emmasdale Lusaka and will be the flagship for the roll out of 23 other Community Learning Centers throughout Zambia. The program will also focus on issues of Gender Based Violence prevention. It is a community based program hoping to bring people together to decrease their risk of HIV and educate on other preventive health measures.
