-Conducting clinical history, completing patient charts and drawing of blood samples for laboratory tests utilising acceptable clinical standards and mobile ART unit guidelines for patient care

-Providing information, counselling and referral services to clients from throughout Zambia on health-related matters in a courteous and professional manner

-Maintaining a continuously up-to-date knowledge base regarding Ministry of Health guidelines and current medical and psychosocial practices

-Preparing workplans, M&E reports, financial retirements and other reports in the approved format and on a timely basis

-Ensuring that the stock and resources are adequate at all times to prevent stock outs

-Ensuring that equipment for health services is in good working condition and reporting any faults to the Team leader

-Ensuring cleanliness in and around the Community Learning Centre by ensuring that all hazardous materials are disposed off safely and correctly
